Shipping/Refunds:


All pieces are hand-woven with care by myself. Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping on all made to order items. Once an item ships, you will receive a USPS tracking number. 


While I cannot be responsible for packages once they are shipped (i.e. if they are lost/stolen), my number one priority is making sure you get your order and that you are happy with it. If your order does not reach you, please let me know and we can work something out!


If you are worried about a package being stolen, just reach out and I’ll request USPS to have you sign for it. 


I can easily resize most chains if you receive them and are unhappy with the fit. If you decide you would like to return your item, please contact me and I’ll walk you through sending the item back. You will then receive a full refund.
